Gerrhonotus
Alligator lizards are just amazing. Of all the North American lizards these are one of my favorates. From mountain woodlands they are at home in leaf piles. With alligator lizards you have to be very carefull of handling as they will often drop there tail. These lizards make great vivarium pets with the long tail and the easy care.
